Sipho and Joyce explores the daily realities of two AIDS orphans. Sipho, a 12 year-old boy, lives with his sister Joyce, 15; the only remaining members of their small family farm. AIDS has claimed their parents and older brother. A caring nurse involves them in a UNICEF singing competition that raises awareness on AIDS, and both children are brought back into the world and given hope for the future.
